Canzone che ho conosciuto tramite un pezzo dei Megadeth, di cui era l’intro, e che tra gli autori ha Sonny Bono, questa Needles & Pins ha due versioni eccezionali: una dei The Searchers, che l’hanno lanciata, e quella dei Ramones.
Il titolo sta a significare un momento di ansia e di eccitazione, quindi non ha direttamente nulla a che vedere con le spille e gli aghi. Diciamo che può corrispondere al nostro “stare sulle spine”. E ora testo e musica, con due video.
